Terms of Use

This website belongs to EV Charger Installation Gold Coast. It gives general information about EV charger installation on the Gold Coast.

The chargers are installed by Envision Solar and Electrical Pty Ltd (trading as Envision Energised), ABN 29 667 415 698, Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 91381. If you go ahead, your agreement for the work is with Envision Solar and Electrical Pty Ltd.

It is not advice about your property, your switchboard or your electricity supply. Those are worked out on site, by a licensed electrician.

No page on this site is an offer, a quote or a fixed price. Where a page explains what affects the cost, it is not giving you a price.

You have a price once the installer has looked at your site and given you a written quote. The agreement comes after that.

The installation, the certificate of testing and compliance (the form the electrician signs to show the work was tested and meets the wiring rules) and the workmanship warranty all come from Envision Solar and Electrical Pty Ltd, and are set out in their quote and agreement.

The charger itself carries its manufacturer's warranty.

Where a page mentions AS/NZS 3000, the Australian wiring rules, it means the installation is done to that standard. Where a battery is involved, the work is also done to AS/NZS 5139, the standard for battery systems.

Your own installation is tested and certified by the electrician who does it, once the work is finished.

Electrical work in Queensland is licensed by the Electrical Safety Office. The chargers are installed by Envision Solar and Electrical Pty Ltd, Queensland Electrical Contractor Licence 91381. Check the licence on the Electrical Safety Office register before you sign anything. That is good practice with any electrician.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site is not ours and we are not responsible for what is on it.

We do not promise the site is always up or always free of mistakes. Product specifications come from the manufacturer and can change. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those guarantees cannot be excluded, and we are not trying to exclude them.

Beyond what that law requires, we are not liable for a decision made on the strength of a page on this website rather than on advice about your own property.

The law of Queensland governs these terms.

We update these terms when what they describe changes. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
